Grayhawk is a major master-planned community of more than 1,600 acres in north Scottsdale, just northeast of the intersection of Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road. This great, wildly popular development offers a broad mix of housing.

Grayhawk neighborhoods offer residents miles of multi-use trails, neighborhood parks, public and private schools, proximity to Grayhawk’s two truly gorgeous public golf courses, a medical campus, and a wide variety of highly appealing retail and recreational choices.

Grayhawk opened in 1996 and is almost completed. There are approximately 2,000 homes in “The Park” (smaller, family-oriented, non-golf-course dwellings) and 1,600 homes in “The Retreat” (comprised of several gated, golf course subdivisions).
